Abstract

Le sens donné à leur expérience du leadership, par quatre femmes ayant atteint le sommet hiérarchique de leurs organisations. La première est Maire d'une commune de plus de 200.000 habitants en France. La seconde est Présidente d'Université, la troisième est Directrice de distribution d'une très grande banque privée et la quatrième est Dirigeante d'entreprise et Présidente d'un réseau d'entreprises.
