Abstract

Devenir manager correspond à un bouleversement important au sein d'une carrière et est trop souvent négligé. Cette phase peut s'appréhender à travers l'évolution des rôles. Le nouveau manager doit notamment apprendre à devenir traducteur, dans le sens où il compose avec différents facteurs. De plus, le cadre découvre aussi un métier dont la réalité est souvent loin de ses représentations. Face aux difficultés de cette transition professionnelle qui débouchent parfois sur de réelles souffrances, il convient à la fois de développer notre connaissance de l'activité d'encadrement, mais aussi d'accompagner le nouveau manager d'une manière active et soutenue.
