Abstract

Cet article pose la question de la mesure du périmètre d'application du service public hospitalier au sein des réseaux territorialisés d'organisations hospitalières. L'enquête réalisée s'appuie sur un cas de recherche-intervention mené de 2016 à 2018. Étude de cas qui a pour objet un GHT regroupant 9 établissements de santé publics de taille hétérogène, dont un CHU assure par délégation de compétences la gestion des activités et des fonctions supports depuis le 30 juin 2016.
