Abstract

L'objectif de cette présentation est de mettre en lumière les leviers, les spécificités et les caractéristiques du fundraising des établissements de santé : quels sont les facteurs clefs d'efficacité, comment recruter et s'adresser aux donateurs, comment améliorer l'efficacité des campagnes de levée de fonds, quels sont les problèmes éthiques engendrés par la philanthropie hospitalière, etc. Pour répondre à ces questions, nous avons mené 18 entretiens individuels auprès d'acteurs de la collecte de fonds dans les établissements de santé en France et au Québec (partie 2). Préalablement à la présentation de ces entretiens, nous avons réalisé une synthèse des recherches menées sur le thème de la philanthropie hospitalière (partie 1). Ces éléments théoriques et empiriques permettront de discuter des facteurs clefs d'efficacité et des conséquences de la mise en place d'une stratégie de collecte de fonds pour les établissements de santé
