Abstract

Nous le savons tous : internet (web 1 & Web 2) est porteur de richesses et de dangers comme toute activité dans l'économie traditionnelle. Les univers virtuels 3D immersifs n'y échappent pas et se sont singulièrement développés dans la sphère privée. Ces réseaux sociaux virtuels offrent aujourd'hui de réelles opportunités pour les entreprises, mais ils comportent aussi de nombreux risques à manager au mieux des connaissances disponibles à chacun. Les premiers constats sur la sûreté des usages professionnels et personnels dans ces nouveaux mondes poursuivent l'incitation à la vigilance sans freiner les initiatives. Ce sont de nouveaux modes de gouvernance dans l'alignement stratégique des systèmes d'information et de l'organisation qui émergent, ouvrant des registres de création de valeurs dans une économie 3D que l'on ne peut plus ignorer.
