Abstract

Dans cet article, nous vous proposons d'analyser les problèmes d'organisation qui se posent dans des ensembles multipolaires en nous limitant à l'étude de la production des veaux de boucherie. Cette étude comprend trois parties. Dans la première, nous examinerons quelques aspects de fonctionnement d'un ensemble agro-industriel spécialisé. La seconde sera consacrée à la détermination de la capacité optimale de production pour un flux aléatoire d'animaux à engraisser. Dans la deuxième partie, nous envisagerons les conséquences de certains aspects de la politique du centre de décision sur les unités de production qui constituent l'ensemble étudié.
