Abstract

Le Lean au service de la performance : application de la démarche DMAIC pour la restructuration d'un service de pédiatrie. 9 ème conférence francophone en Gestion et Ingénierie des Systèmes Hospitaliers GISEH. Genève, Suisse, 27-29 Août 2018. Résumé : L'exigence de performances des hôpitaux nous amène à proposer le Lean Six-Sigma, déjà éprouvé depuis de nombreuses années dans le monde industriel comme une innovation managériale nécessaire. A l'occasion du projet APTE, la démarche DMAIC est mise en oeuvre dans le cadre d'une restructuration d'un service de pédiatrie. Elle est applicable et jugée pertinente malgré la méconnaissance voire réticence au départ des professionnels.
