La performance au bloc opératoire : le Lean Six-sigma est-il applicable et pertinent ?

Abstract

Le Lean Management, tantôt adulé, tantôt décrié, reste assez marginal dans les hôpitaux français, à tel point que les exemples de mise en place sont fortement commentés. La démarche DMAIC a été menée avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire d'un bloc opératoire sur une problématique de programmation opératoire. Elle s'est avérée applicable et pertinente malgré quelques réticences initiales afin de sauvegarder une bonne condition de travail pour les professionnels, un service rendu au patient et la performance escomptée par les tutelles.
