Abstract

Les multiples innovations numériques et organisationnelles mises en oeuvre dans les organisations peuvent être source d'une quantité de petites défaillances alourdissant le travail des collaborateurs. Une étude de cas réalisée auprès du service-après-vente d'un industriel français confirme ces difficultés dans le quotidien et montre que les complications liées à une mise ne place de ces innovations numériques non totalement satisfaisantes se traduisent par une détérioration de la valeur produite par l'ensemble du service après-vente. Nous soulignons l'importance des capacités des dépanneurs à développer les habiletés cognitives et relationnelles pour leur permettre de s'approprier leur travail et de pallier ces difficultés.
