Abstract

Um besser zu verstehen, ob das kapitalistische Großunternehmen per definitionem an das Ziel des Profits und der Bezahlung der Aktionäre gebunden ist, erscheint es angebracht, sich mit seinem Ursprung zu beschäftigen, d. h. mit dem 19. Jahrhundert bzw. mit früheren Perioden, die ihm juristische Formen geliefert haben.Dieser erste Teil unseres Literaturüberblicks bezieht sich sowohl auf historische Studien als auch auf soziologische bzw. auf die weiterer Disziplinen. Im Zentrum unseres zweiten Teils werden die Beziehungen zwischen Aktionären und Managern und ihre Verbindungen zum Prozess der Finanzialisierung der Unternehmen stehen. Er wird sich auf die letzten Jahrzehnte des 20. und den Anfang des 21. Jahrhunderts konzentrieren.
