Abstract

Educational technologies are also present in academic literature as in professional publications. Depending on the approach and the goals pursued, they frequently also forme enthusiasm (which overestimates motivation) to skepticism (which doubts the skills actually transmitted). Each community agrees on the need to consider innovation in the pedagogical approach, but with little regard for the human dimension of the stakeholders. However, any learning device modifies access to know-ledge, tries to reduce the constraints of time and space and to promote self-training. A distance learning university master's degree for adults should reflect scientific thought in an educational proposal in order to value past and present experiences. As a place of socialization and representation of scientific research it raises a double question : what educational innovation is it facing ? How to mobilize research to transform the relationship to knowledge and encourage educational success ? A comprehensive approach to an employee audience considers the methods of scientific transmission and distance learning. Interactions between learners and the teaching team help to measure interest in professional experience and personal reading when writing a scientific paper. A theoretical corpus is gradually constituted, intended for a collective restitution. In the context of scientific research, lifelong learning must adapt to the professional transitions of future digital professions and educational cultures. Keywords : pedagogy, scientific training, research master's degree, lifelong training, transmission, accompanying adults.
