Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse aux pressions exercées par les différentes parties prenantes de l'entreprise sur les membres de son équipe de direction. Elle mobilise la théorie du socle stratégique (Savall & Zardet, 2014) énoncée pour une entreprise et en vérifie son application à l'échelle d'une équipe de direction via le témoignage de dirigeants.
