Abstract

There is a strong relationship between health and management. A central tool in the recognition of employees' work is its evaluation through the Annual Individual Interview (AII), which is today the most important tool of the HR function. This article aims to understand how new managerial practices require to make this tool evolve. From some interviews with employees, managers and HRDs, we propose to develop them.
