Abstract

Le contexte d'apparition d'une utopie communicationnelle fondée sur la transparence et la participation est décrypté par le concept d'U.T.O.P.I.E. Celui-ci fait référence aux termes suivants : Usages – Transparence – Ouverture des données – Participation – Innovation en réseaux – Engagement/Expert. Ce cadre d'étude constitue une grille de lecture des narrations et des actions des organisations qui s'inscrivent dans un processus relationnel conforme aux normes éthiques souhaitées par les usagers des médias sociaux en ligne.
