Abstract

Cette contribution questionne l'inscription des ressources maritimes dans les projets d'émergence des États du golfe de Guinée. Dans une société internationale où les enjeux maritimes et littoraux constituent désormais de véritables vecteurs d'essor économique, l'intérêt de cette réflexion est d'évaluer le niveau de prise en compte de la mer dans la gouvernance actuelle et programmatique des États de la région dans leur marche vers le développement.
