Abstract

Alors que le modèle de l'intégration verticale a longtemps été dominant, la capacité de clients et de fournisseurs à nouer entre eux des relations partenariales au sein de réseaux inter-organisationnels (RIO) constitue désormais un facteur de compétitivité de première importance. Si la question a été abordée par le champ du management stratégique, il n'en va pas de même en matière de contrôle de gestion. Or, penser un RIO, c'est aussi s'interroger sur la performance collective issue d'interactions étroites et durables entre clients et fournisseurs. L'article avance dans cette direction en référence à la notion de « plateau », une organisation bien connue dans certains secteurs d'activité, qui met l'accent sur la co-construction de systèmes d'offre, dès la phase de conception des nouveaux produits ou services. Un contrôle de gestion en plateau ne constitue-t-il pas aujourd'hui une approche originale méritant réflexion ?
