Abstract

Comprendre la nature du mouvement coopératif apparaît comme une condition nécessaire pour approcher les besoins de gestion des coopératives. Il s'agit de savoir en quoi ces organisations sont des entreprises comme les autres - appelant à une gestion sociale et relevant de la RSE - et en quoi elles n'en sont pas. L'étude d'une coopérative d'activité et d'emploi socialement innovante sur le plan des solidarités permet de dégager des perspectives de recherche. Celles-ci dessinent les contours d'un nouveau champ de savoir associé à une gestion solidaire.
