Abstract

Cet ouvrage analyse ce phénomène social dynamique qui a promu la vente directe de produits fermiers locaux, du Teikei (Japon) aux AMAP (associations pour le maintien d'une agriculture paysanne). Il montre les pratiques actuelles au Japon issues de cette origine Teikei ainsi que celles mises en place dans des régions françaises et notamment en Bretagne. Il propose ensuite une interprétation des interactions entre paysans producteurs et citadins consommateurs dans le cadre des théories de la coordination interindividuelle.
