Abstract

L'épreuve de QRC (questions à réponse courte) est l'une des épreuves écrites du concours externe d'accès aux IRA. Elle est présente également dans d'autres concours de catégories A et B. Elle porte sur six matières : droit public, finances publiques, questions européennes, économie, questions sociales et GRH. L'épreuve consiste en une série de six questions auxquelles le candidat doit répondre en quatre heures et en une vingtaine de lignes par réponse. Les auteurs de cet ouvrage proposent une méthode détaillée pour apprendre à construire les réponses dans le temps imparti. Ensuite, quelque 500 QRC permettront aux candidats de balayer les différents points du programme matière par matière, avec pour chacune la réponse adéquate et actualisée en 2018.
