Abstract

Les clefs de la réussite d'un projet reposent, bien sûr, sur la motivation de ceux qui le portent, mais aussi sur une construction patiente et approfondie du projet " rappelle très justement Stéphane Le Foll, ministre de l'Agriculture, dans la préface de cet ouvrage. Ce guide passe en revue les aspects incontournables du métier de producteur fermier, en s'appuyant sur les témoignages d'une centaine de producteurs d'horizons variés. Tous ces conseils pratiques, recommandations, retours d'expérience, témoignages sont classés en dix clés, dont l'objectif est de vous apporter une méthodologie qui vous permettra de réussir dans les circuits courts : 1. Partir d'une bonne idée qui plaît au porteur de projet et à ses futurs clients 2. Rechercher l'information incontournable et affûter sa curiosité 3. Cultiver, élever, cuisiner, goûter, confronter, innover 4. Gérer sa croissance : plus vite, plus haut, plus fort 5. Formaliser et argumenter son business plan 6. Fixer le bon prix de vente 7. Choisir le circuit de distribution adapté à son produit et à son client 8. Chouchouter son client pour conforter son chiffre d'affaires 9. S'organiser pour ne pas étouffer 10. S'inspirer de l'expérience des autres producteurs pour réussir Que vous soyez producteur, novice ou en développement, accompagnateur ou acteur des productions locales, vous trouverez tous les conseils pour sécuriser et conduire au mieux une production fermière.
