Abstract

Les travaux de Jacques Caillose se singularisent dans le champ du droit administratif par une approche croisant de multiples savoirs avec une grande originalité. La vision globale qui est développée permet de saisir les grandes évolutions de la discipline à la lumière de son passé et des sciences sociales. La sortie de la seconde édition de son ouvrage sur l'Etat du droit administratif est l'occasion de faire le point sur quelques-uns des concepts clés de son approche mais aussi de l'interroger sur un certain nombre d'évolutions contemporaines du droit public.
