Pratiques ludopédagogiques dans les enseignements en sciences de gestion : retours d’expériences

Abstract

Les pratiques ludopédagogiques dans les formations en management sont couramment mises en œuvre par les enseignants au travers principalement de business games et de serious games métiers. Pourtant, le développement actuel de l'écosystème ludique permet d'envisager de nombreux autres techniques potentiellement toutes aussi efficaces pour l'apprentissage. Notre texte recense les huit techniques ludopédagogiques identifiées dans le cadre d'une recherche longitudinale s'intéressant aux usages des jeux dans les enseignements en sciences de gestion : les simulations gamifiées, les activités pédagogiques gamifiées, les serious games, le serious gaming intégral, le serious gaming partiel, le learning by game-design, la ressource prétexte et l'apprentissage ludique incident.
