Abstract

Une table ronde pour questionner l'important sujet de l'éthique dans la course à la recherche menée par Google, Apple et autres puissants groupes privés de la nouvelle économie. Alors que les géants du Web (GAFA, BATX, NATU...) investissent massivement dans les recherches en nanotechnologie, biotechnologie ou intelligence artificielle, Etats et organisations internationales s'engagent dans des projets sur le long terme (Blue Brain, Human Brain Project, China Brain Project...), suivis par nombre de startups. Quid de l'éthique dans ce foisonnement ? Les conséquences de ces recherches sont-elles débattues ? Comment les Etats se positionnent-ils ? Quels moyens de contrôle les citoyens ont-ils encore sur les acteurs en question ?
