Abstract

This communication proposes a wide field of an employability development, which is the "territory". Bulding employability is the result of interaction between the various components of the "territory system" embodied by responsible projects, characterized by a relationship cooperation "relationship governance", based on supra-contract values of fairness, freedom and ethics. First, the history of employability put forward the concept of interaction of stakeholders (individual, company, state, ...) as employability development factor. In this sense, previous work offer companies and the state, tools (Bencherqui, op.cit), and factors of development of employability of individuals (Hofaidhllaoui, op.cit) their giving more responsibility to future changes. On the other works (Hassen, op.cit), raises the crucial role of " territory " in bulding employability. (Alexander, op.cit) extended the study fields employability by advancing a detailed definition of the concept of territory. Finally, (Dorbaire, op.cit) proposed an establishment project as a local framework, which accepts the interaction between the different stakeholders.
