Abstract

La proximité entre direction et collaborateurs est souvent pointée comme défaillante. Cette carence est source d'incompréhensions et de coûts cachés qui se révèlent dans les moments critiques (plans sociaux, fusions, acquisitions, transformations organisationnelles). Il appartiendrait au management de premier niveau ou à la direction RH de combler cette béance. Ou encore ce serait aux outils numériques de pallier le problème. Ces illusions finissent par coûter très cher aux entreprises. La proximité se construit par une compréhension systémique des attentes des collaborateurs et par une mise en cohérence des actions de l'entreprise. La proximité relationnelle est à ce prix.
