Abstract

Drôle d'époque que celle qui, ne jurant que par l'innovation et la disruption, prend des allures de fin. Plus les élites insistent sur le neuf, plus le pays réel ressent l'impression du déjà-vu. Comme si tout changeait parce que, au fond, rien ne change. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas sans faire penser à Alice qui doit courir en compagnie de la Reine Rouge pour rester sur place. À quoi bon ? Le management échapperait-il à ce climat général dans lequel les analystes de la décadence n'ont jamais été aussi nombreux ? Épouse-t-il ce mouvement ou, au contraire, tire-t-il son épingle du jeu ? Les auteurs de ce numéro thématique portant le titre surprenant de « Le règne de la fin » tentent de répondre à ces questions, mais force est de constater que le débat est engagé et que les options divergent. Le dossier n'en est que plus intéresant !
