Abstract

Le présent dossier de la RIPCO s'intéresse à la réflexivité des managers, à son développement ainsi qu'à ses impacts. Trop souvent, hélas, les acteurs se trouvent-ils engagés dans les routines sans prendre le recul nécessaire à la bonne conduite de leurs actions. Nécessaires, les habitudes deviennent pourtant sclérosantes dès qu'il s'agit de s'adapter à un environnement devenu turbulent non plus exceptionnellement, mais de façon récurrente voire constante. Il s'agit alors, ce serait la clef du succès managérial, non seulement de penser l'action, mais de surcroît de penser pendant le cours même de l'action afin d'adapter celle-ci aux nombreuses contingences des situations de gestion.
