Abstract

Ce cas aborde la problématique de la modernisation des établissements de santé par l'implémentation de technologies connectées. Il présente les innovations technologiques et organisationnelles mises en œuvre à l'hôpital de Mercy en Moselle, choisi pour son caractère exemplaire d'« hôpital du futur », et met en relief les bénéfices escomptés. Les questions posées amènent les apprenants à réfléchir à des notions telles que l'e-santé et la RSE ; le cas propose également de se familiariser avec divers modèles d'analyse du contexte externe, d'acceptation des technologies, arbres des problèmes et des objectifs.
