Abstract

Ce cas aborde la problématique de la stratégie digitale des entreprises dans un contexte d'abondance des données. Il expose comment Axa, numéro un mondial de l'assurance, est en passe de révolutionner ce métier par l'exploitation massive des données clients. Les questions posées dans le cas amènent les apprenants à réfléchir sur la place de plus en plus importante des actifs numériques dans l'entreprise et la transformation du modèle d'affaires en découlant, l'utilisation du big data, les contraintes de sécurité, de confidentialité et d'éthique à prendre en compte dans la collecte des données.
