La papeterie de Docelles : l'impossible résurrection ?

Abstract

En cette fin d'année 2012, à des salariés confiants en leur avenir, le directeur d'UPM-France forme des vœux que rien ne semble devoir assombrir ! Pourtant, une semaine plus tard, la petite ville de Docelles, nichée dans le creux des Vosges, est ébranlée par une décision du groupe finlandais : vendre la papeterie du Grand-Meix ! A défaut de repreneur, l'entreprise sera fermée. Certains salariés de l'entreprise ont alors formé le projet de reprendre l'entreprise sous la forme d'une SCOP. Des négociations se sont engagées avec le groupe UPM mais celles-ci n'ont pas abouti. Les salariés se sont alors tournés vers la justice mais, fin janvier 2016, la décision de la Cour d'appel de Nancy de débouter les salariés est tombée ; le projet de SCOP semble définitivement rejeté.
