Abstract

Dans une approche pluridisciplinaire, le concept de médiation est analysé d'abord d'un point de vue sociologique puis par rapport à son rôle dans la recherche en innovation. Prenant en compte la société, le mieux-être au travail et la nécessité pour les entreprises d'innover, à partir de repères théoriques, il ressort que la médiation est avant tout langagière et qu'un nouvel objet d'études linguistiques apparaît : le langage de conception.
