Abstract

L'environnement dans lequel évoluent les entreprises change (marchés qui stagnent, concurrence plus forte, pression environnementale croissante, augmentation des coûts, notamment de transport…). Ces changements incitent les entreprises à adopter de nouvelles stratégies dans la gestion de leurs flux. La presse professionnelle se fait de plus en plus régulièrement l'écho de stratégies de mutualisation des flux. L'objet de ce travail est de proposer un cadre d'analyse reposant à la fois sur les études déjà réalisées mais aussi sur les cas d'entreprise mettant en place des pratiques collaboratives.
