Abstract

Cet article investigue les effets économiques et environnementaux de la mutualisation des informations logistiques de distribution dans la filière Industriels-Commerçants-Consommateurs. Cette recherche qualitative exploratoire questionne tout d'abord les types de systèmes d'information les plus ? même de supporter la mutualisation des opérations logistiques pour accroître la performance économique et écologique du transport dans la filière. S'en dégage la nécessité de comprendre comment l'amélioration de la qualité des données peut soutenir les stratégies de rupture associées ? la mutualisation des opérations logistiques et participer ainsi ? la réduction des émissions de carbone. En se fondant sur les cadres théoriques des modes de coopération logistique, des typologies de SI et de la qualité des données, une quarantaine d'entretiens ont été menés auprès d'experts de la filière pour identifier les différents processus du BtoB et du BtoC, processus pour lesquels la mutualisation des informations et l'amélioration de leur qualité constituent des effets positifs sur les plans économique et environnemental.
