Abstract

L'importance de la qualité de la formation pour la compétitivité des entreprises ne peut en aucun cas être contestée dans le cadre du contexte économique actuel. La mondialisation a rendu et rendra encore plus vulnérables les entreprises qui négligent le développement de leurs ressources humaines ou qui n'accordent pas toute son importance à la formation dans leurs systèmes de mangement de la qualité. Le présent travail traite la place de la formation dans le système qualité globalement et en particulier l'apport de la norme ISO 10015. Il se focalisera, en suite sur l'approche processus en tant qu'une composante capitale de la version 2000 des normes ISO. En fin nous présentons une comparaison du processus formation dans deux types d'organisations.
