Abstract

Les utilisateurs d'ordinateurs et de systèmes informatiques ont-ils une identité professionnelle singulière ? Qu'apportent les récentes théories sociales sur l'identité à la compréhension de l'utilisation des systèmes, de leur appropriation ? Une première partie investit les identités professionnelles, les confronte à la littérature en SI, notamment les travaux de Lamb et Kling et de Dubar. Une double étude de cas teste les grilles élaborées dont nous détaillons les premiers résultats.
