Abstract

Le Portage d'Achats en Centre-ville, service proposant des livraisons de proximité dans un délai raisonnable et pour un prix modique (PREDIT, 2003), pourrait répondre à certaines problématiques de la logistique urbaine avale, entre les commerces et les domiciles des consommateurs, source de pollution et d'encombrement des centres-villes. Afin d'identifier les modalités de mise en place d'un tel système dans une ville donnée, ici Aix-en-Provence, un processus de recherche multidisciplinaire et itératif a été lancé dès 2013 visant à identifier les composantes clés d'un système de PAC : le service de PAC lui-même, qui peut prendre plusieurs formes, ainsi que les organisations managériale et logistique assurant son fonctionnement et sa viabilité.
