Abstract

Understanding local sources of competitive advantage is a major issue in view of the questions raised by globalization dynamics. The aim of the article is to measure the contribution of human resources to the territorial competitiveness of foreign subsidiaries. The results highlight the crucial role of human resource skills developed locally. They also reflect the need to take into account factors related to the location strategies of the foreign subsidiary
