Abstract

Le crowdfunding immobilier (CFI) est un secteur en plein développement mais de façon assez paradoxale il n'a que peu mobilisé les chercheurs. Cette étude s'y intéresse en s'attachant dans un premier temps à décrire et présenter les enjeux associés à l'irruption du CFI dans l'écosystème du financement de l'immobilier, notamment du point de vue des risques associés. Puis, dans un deuxième temps est étudiée la construction en cours du processus normatif applicable au CFI. Enfin, sont présentés et analysés les dispositifs managériaux mis en œuvre par les plateformes de CFI pour asseoir leur business model dans la durée.
