L'injustice perçue à l'égard du yield management : ses antécédents et les stratégies visant à la réduire

Abstract

L'article analyse les antécédents de l'injustice perçue à l'égard des pratiques de yield management. Grâce à une étude quantitative (n=505) portant sur des scénarios appliqués à l'hôtellerie, il montre l'influence sur l'injustice perçue de variables de profil du client (PCSP, sensibilité au prix, catégorie des hôtels fréquentés, situation d'usage, fréquence des séjours, fidélité). Puis, en s'appuyant sur la théorie de la justice, il souligne le rôle de l'équité interne et externe, des procédures de détermination des prix, des interactions client/vendeur et de l'attribution de la responsabilité. Ces antécédents sont mobilisés pour définir des stratégies qui améliorent l'image de l'entreprise sans compromettre l'optimisation de son revenu.
