Dynamiques émergentes, matérialité et transmission d’information dans les organisations mises en difficulté : l’étude d’un réseau inter-organisationnel entre 2003 et 2013

Abstract

Les situations critiques impliquent une pression émotionnelle et d'importantes contraintes temporelles, même pour les organisations les plus préparées. Dans ce contexte, le risque d'une circulation d'information ralentie, voire stoppée, est accru. Sur deux périodes, nous analysons un réseau inter-organisationnel faisant face à des niveaux divers de criticité. A l'aide de méthodes qualitatives, nous identifions ainsi quatre dynamiques comportementales influençant la transmission d'information et la résilience du réseau. D'un côté, la réinvention et la résignation aboutissent à un maintien de la transmission d'information sans pour autant le garantir, tandis que l'abandon et la stagnation stoppent la transmission d'information et la résilience du réseau. Ces dynamiques reflètent et alimentent des tensions entre les possibilités d'action offertes par les objets, les cadres pratiques et institutionnels tels que vécus par les acteurs. Il en découle la nécessité pour les organisations de jeter un regard nouveau sur la relation qu'elles entretiennent à la matérialité en situation d'urgence.
