Abstract

L'objectif de cette recherche est de décrire l'effet de l'usage professionnel des TIC dans la sphère personnelle sur l'épuisement personnel. La revue de littérature traite les deux aspects principaux de cette communication. Dans le domaine des risques psychosociaux, les travaux portant sur le stress et l'épuisement professionnel sont présentés. Dans le domaine de l'intrusion des TIC dans la vie privée, l'utilisation des TIC nomades est présentée ainsi que le conflit travail famille. Le modèle de recherche explique l'épuisement professionnel à partir de l'usage professionnel des TIC dans un contexte privé. La variable médiatrice est la charge de travail. À partir d'un échantillon de 403 salariés, ce modèle est testé par équations structurelles. Les analyses statistiques montrent que cet usage des TIC augmente le conflit travail-famille, ce qui influence positivement l'épuisement professionnel via la charge de travail perçue.
