L’organisation, la cybernétique et le Golem

Abstract

Cet article prend pour réflexion l'essence de la technique managériale qui s'appuie sur une archéologie historique puis théologique du management. Du point de vue généalogique, le management est rattaché à la matrice cybernétique de laquelle ses principales fonctions découlent : en effet, management stratégique, contrôle de gestion, gestion des ressources humaines, management des connaissances, etc., se développent en prenant appui sur la catégorie de l'organisation thématisée par les cybernéticiens. Toutefois, la dimension technique de la cybernétique est ici appréciée en fonction des références, discrètes mais significatives, de Norbert Wiener à la légende du Golem. Ce soubassement théologique sert alors de support à une discussion sur le statut des techniques managériales.
