Abstract

The manager structure, based like the hierarchic pyramid, still in place in many firms, based on the system of management introduced by Taylor and Ford at the beginning of the 20th century, does not implicate the wage earners in objectives or step of the organisation in the firm. Consequence is a declutching on behalf of the employees which goes contrary to the interests of the firm. The example of a firm working even currently under the pyramidal model is well the agroindustrial group LOCK «Domain of the Mill of Dusenbach» in Ribeauvillé at our place in Alsace, family firm in wine domain, for which we worked within commercial service during 20 years. During this period we could receive the dysfunction of this model as part of a family structure, which showed us its borders in evolution towards a modern management.
