Abstract

Et si le management était à Heidegger ce que les sophistes furent à Platon? Et si le management nous renvoyait au théâtre d'ombres de la paroi de la caverne? Serions-nous, modernes prisonniers, captifs de reflets dont nous aurions perdu le sens de la provenance et de l'origine? Cette thèse, a priori surprenante et inattendue, se trouve défendue et étayée dans le présent ouvrage. L'enquête montre la présence, en creux, de la question managériale dans l'oeuvre de Heidegger ; elle s'appuie pour cela sur une analyse rigoureuse de la place de la cybernétique dans les écrits tardifs du philosophe: car c'est bien cette révolution du savoir opérée au mitan du xxe siècle qui caractérise aujourd'hui les sciences de façon générale, et la gestion plus particulièrement. Alors s'offre la possibilité d'une lecture du management qui ne soit plus seulement technique ou sociologique, mais proprement .
