Abstract

Lors de son intervention au Consumer Electronic Show de janvier 2009, en pleine crise financière mondiale, Steve Ballmer affirmait : " Peu importe ce qui arrive avec l'économie, nos vies digitales vont devenir plus riches. " Sa vision, peu crédible dans le contexte mondial de l'époque, s'est pourtant réa- lisée. L'équipement en ordinateurs, connexions, smartphones et, aujourd'hui, tablettes numériques n'a cessé d'augmenter. Les entreprises, dont le budget marketing a pourtant décru de moitié en moyenne, se sont tournées vers le digital en priorisant des stratégies de e-marketing...
