Abstract

Comme le souligne le slogan du CIC « Construisons dans un monde qui bouge », le secteur bancaire français est en pleine mutation et les tendances actuelles mettent les établissements historiques sous pression, notamment sur l'activité banque de détail. Face à ces évolutions, CIC Ouest - branche régionale du CIC - a lancé, en 2016, un ambitieux projet d'entreprise. Le but de cette filiale du groupe Credit Mutuel-CIC est de faire évoluer son model organisationnel et managérial. Il s'agit en effet de réorganiser l'ensemble de son réseau d'agences bancaires tout en transformant significativement la structure hiérarchique et l'animation managériale dans chaque agence.
