Perception du dialogue social dans les établissements de santé : une enquête de l'EHESP

Abstract

Cinquante élèves directeurs d'hôpitaux de la promotion Denis-Mukwege de l'EHESP ont mené une enquête en 2014 auprès des acteurs hospitaliers afin de mesurer leur perception du dialogue social. Chaque élève a rencontré successivement le directeur des ressources humaines, le secrétaire du comité d'hygiène, de sécurité et des conditions de travail et deux représentants du comité technique d'établissement sur le lieu de son stage hospitalier. L'article expose la synthèse de cette étude.
