Abstract

Après un aperçu historique de la notion de bilan social et de sa mise en place dans les entreprises, l'auteur se penche sur ses usages au sein de l'hôpital, et sur les impacts de son remaniement effectué par le décret de 2012, qui simplifie et allège son contenu. Suite à cette refonte, l'auteur estime que l'identité entre bilan social et dialogue social n'apparait plus de façon évidente.
