Abstract

Descrizione: Attraverso l'analisi di un caso di successo, lo studio si propone di analizzare in che modo le imprese multinazionali possono effettuare una trasformazione capace di generare sinergie di crescita, implementare la comunicazione interna ed esterna e accrescere i loro risultati netti. I network, ossia le reti di relazioni che la multinazionale crea con clienti e fornitori, ma anche fra le diverse funzioni interne, sono il punto centrale per il successo di una trasformazione strategica. Grado di Innovazione: Innovativa dal punto di vista manageriale per la formulazione di raccomandazioni implementabili dall'impresa (sinergie di crescita a costo zero, miglioramento della comunicazione interna, riconfigurazione della produzione...). Originalità accademica legata alla costruzione di una tassonomia delle osservazioni, all'applicazione di un modello esistente a un contesto specifico, di cui lo studio può essere approfondito.
