Abstract

L'enseignement supérieur (ESR), comme d'autres secteurs, est impacté par la numérisation de la société. La transformation de l'ESR, souhaitée et soutenue par les politiques publiques, a pour ambition de donner aux établissements un rôle central dans la préparation des acteurs socio-économiques de demain. La transformation numérique de l'ESR dépendra de la capacité des acteurs, et en particulier des enseignants, à accepter le changement, avec leurs individualités et profils initiaux, et à en être les éléments moteurs. Sont-ils prêts à changer ? Leurs représentations des évolutions sociétales ont-elles une influence sur la dynamique du changement dans les organisations de l'ESR ? Ce travail de recherche tente d'explorer cette problématique sur le terrain d'étude de l'Université de La Réunion à l'aide d'un outil de mesure s'appuyant sur trois théories du changement organisationnel et de l'adoption des innovations technologiques.
